• Drilled.
• Thick 1,25”
• height 32 cm
• width 87 cm
• 1” grip end and riser mount
• 3 holes for internal wiring.

• INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  Remove the controls, instruments, brake lines and mirrors of the OEM handlebar.
  Remove the upper parts of the risers.
  Replace the handlebar by ”Flip 2“ handlebar.
  Mount the upper parts of the risers, loosely.
  Adjust the handlebar to desired position and tight the screws as follows:

  Suzuki:

  Hand-tighten all screws at first. Start tightening at the rear screws by 16Nm.

  Next tighten the front screws by 16Nm.
  Take care of a small gap between upper and lower riser parts on all four
  positions!

  Yamaha:

  Hand-tighten all screws at first. Start tightening at the rear screws by

  23Nm.
  Next tighten the front screws by 23Nm.
  Take care of a small gap between upper and lower riser parts on all four
  positions!
   

  Harley-Davidson (5/16in-Screws):

  Hand-tighten all screws at first. Start tightening at the
  rear screws by 16-24Nm.
  Next tighten the front screws by 16-24Nm.
  Take care of a small gap between upper and lower
  riser parts on all four positions!

  Harley-Davidson (3/8in-Screws):

  Hand-tighten all screws at first. Start tightening at

  the rear screws by 16-20Nm.
  Next tighten the front screws by 16-20Nm.
  Take care of a small gap between upper and lower
  riser parts on the front position!

  Reinstall the controls, instruments, brake lines and mirrors.
  Make sure the break system and all controls perform perfectly!
