Improve starting, rideability, power and torque. The adjustable accelerator pump and smoothbore design combine to give a big increase in air flow over the earlier ‘HS40’ for excellent throttle response in any riding situation. Other features include a two-piece throttle slide that rolls on stainless roller bearings, a lighter throttle return spring, a low-speed air screw, and an enlarged needle valve and float bowl. All kits are specifically designed for each application.

With a high-performance intake manifold and free-flowing K&N filter assembly, Mikuni’s ultimate performance package has more top-end power and crisper throttle response. Each kit includes a 42mm carburetor, manifold, air filter assembly, chrome air cleaner cover, hardware and detailed installation instructions and a tuning manual. These kits include a crankcase breather kit and utilize your stock throttle and idle cables.
